What we offer
Psychological Services

Individual Therapy
connect to yourself
We provide individual therapy to pre-teens, teens and adults. Individual therapy is a one-on-one process where you may explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, values and relationships. We provide in-person treatment at our Calgary office, and virtual therapy throughout Alberta.
We work with a variety of presenting concerns including but not limited to eating disorders and disordered eating, body image, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and life transitions.
Therapy is a collaborative process and we tailor our approach to your unique goals and needs. Some therapeutic approaches that may be used are Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and somatic techniques.
Groups and Workshops
Connect with your community
Group therapy can include psycho-education and process groups, or a mixture of both. Psycho-education groups focus on learning and applying new skills and information, and process groups include exploring specific topics while connecting and sharing with peers in a supportive environment.
