Individual Therapy

who we work with

Pre-Teens, Teens,
Young Adults, and Adults

Our therapists work with adolescents, young adults and adults. We work with teens ages 14 – 18 years old and we work with pre-teens on a case by case basis, depending on the fit for individual therapy. Adolescent counselling is provided in a collaborative one-on-one setting. Parents are an important part of the therapeutic process and are included in sessions where appropriate. Counselling for adolescence and adults can help to explore emotions, behaviours thoughts, goals and values.
